The purpose of the Cork University Foundation is to support the furtherance of education and research carried out in particular by University College Cork, and its mission is further clarified in the Foundation’s Donor Charter as the raising of support, funding and advice for the maintenance of the University as an internationally recognised world-class university, achieved through the implementation of the University’s Strategic Plan.
